Cretan Cheese sourced from a Cretan family enterprise-supplier of dairy products since 1949! Located in Smari, a small traditional Cretan village situated about 25 km from Heraklion, capital of the island of Crete.

Currently, one of the largest dairies in Crete with over 100 milk-collection points spread across the island and the ability of processing up to 100 tons of sheep and goat milk per day, in privately owned modern facilities of 25,000 sqm.

Certified and compliant to ISO 22000:2005 and HACCP food safety management systems.

Loyal to tradition and inspired by quality, the dairy produces pure and authentic Cretan Cheeses, essential to the Mediterranean diet and famous throughout the world for their high nutritional value.
