Kefalotyri is a traditional Cretan Cheese also made from a mixture of goat’s and/or sheep’s milk.
It is a very hard, dry in texture, light-yellow cheese with a sharp, salty flavor.
Temperature controlled transport and storage is required. Shelf life is 18 months.
