Soft Cheese made from partly Skimmed Organic Sheep's and Goat's Milk sourced from organic farms in the Peloponnese.

 

It is a bright white Cheese with irregular small holes of compact structure throughout its entire body. It is moderately salty and slightly spicy in flavor with a good acidity. It is pleasant in the mouth, leaving a lasting, slightly spicy, aftertaste.

 

Available in: 300g and 2kg (100g X 20 pc) plastic containers, in brine, vacuum pouches of 150g and tins of 15kg

 

Temperature controlled transport and storage is required. Shelf life is 18 months for the 15 kg tins and 6 months for the balance items.
